  Every time I’ve had an appointment, I’ve waited more than an hour beyond the appointment time. While the provider is knowledgeable, she is all about herself and her own family problems. Another issue is that there is one person answering the phone for both Monroe and Poughkeepsie sites. There is no going around her and she can be vindictive - as in not returning a phone call after I became upset with her over the phone. I’m a BRCA double amputee, and, yes, sometimes I get upset. My advice to anyone requiring services such as those provided by NEOP is to fin d a different provider.
