  Disappointed with the women’s selection of sneakers. They appear to be focusing on the serious runners only. Sneakers are cheaply made for the price. Way overpriced for what you get.

  Gotta get my walking shoes! NB is the way to go, especially because you can get gel inserts for a good deal when you buy the shoes.

  Nice choice of clothes mix of sportswear and streetwear, plus u have some Boston exclusive since the brand was created there :)

  Very knowledgeable and helpful sales associates. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and what type shoes would work the best for my feet. I felt at ease the whole time. Great job guys!

  Bad management, good sales representative - Sales representative in charge of helping me was fantastic, he was willing to go above and beyond to explain features to me and order a color that wasn't available in the store for me from the warehouse. Upon checking out, the very rude manager took it upon himself to angrily explain to the sales rep "we don't order inventory that way anymore" (all while I was sitting there checking out). I thanked the manager and the sales rep for their help and the manager was completely silent. Love the shoes and store, generally speaking... but I think upper management might want to consider who they throw into managerial store positions; especially at a location as valuable as Boylston St.
