  I called the salon to ask a question about a style and the caller on the other line was complaining on how it was too late that it was "9 o'clock". She keep saying its late it's late when all I wanted to do was ask a quick question. I felt she was being rude so I just hung up. She called me back a few mintutes later ( I guess she realized she messed up and could lose a potential customer) when I was on the phone with the caller she still had a an attitude very unprofessional.
