::Didn’t show up several times due to inclimate weather! We are in Vegas not Seattle. I said I am not paying you if you are not showing up. They sent an attorney letter threatening to put a lean on our home! We ended up paying for nothing rather than fighting it in court and then we complained to the BBB but that was a complete waste of time. There are lots of good landscaping companies out there that do a good job and actually show up.
