  I’ve been to a lot of banks but this one is very good. I recommend it highly. Great service. Great communication and amazing everything else. Great job nevada state

  Bad experience! Manager Castañeda was very rude! Not willing to help at all.

  I would give them 0 stars if I could, worst customer service I've ever had!. I'm a contractor I live in Vegas and Missouri, I don't have a driver's license, never had a problem cashing my checks before, and they said they could not accept my I.D. because it wasn't a driver's license, even though I bank with them! I'll be closing my account and never returning, I will never recommend this Branch! They don't care!!!!

  Unable to help me recover my online login without physically walking into a branch, like it's 1987. If you were open beyond the hours I'm working, making a living, I might have the time to brave the traffic to go physically to a branch. Get it together - it's 2017. Banking needs a major disruption.

  only been in this branch once, it was a bit understaffed but I got some good help with a time consuming bond transaction. manager was nice so that was appreciated.
