  I was with Wells Fargo for 25 years. I left them because of poor CS and I didn't like the non personal aspect. NSB treats me as if I a m part owner. Always a high from Lena and a great, helpful attitude. Patrick and Amana are great!

  This bank has gone straight down hill, terrible customer service; they simply don’t care about the customer anymore.
