Ok place, what really annoys me is when they take your money, take photo copy of your ID and Credit Card (which is a huge security risk) then take a US$200 bond charged immediately to your card and charged back days later (if a foreign card at a lesser rate), stayed in many hotels this year and only hotel to do so, so be warned

Price was good when I booked, way too high for what it is now though.

Room was good for the price. They have an outrageous deposit and they charge your card with out telling you and when confronted about the charge they tell you to read the fine print on booking, they should definitely have a sign saying what the deposit is. The lady wasn’t the friendliest seemed as tho she was on drugs. But over all the room was clean basic and the hotel was quiet not worth a 200$ deposit but by the time they charged my card I really had no choice but to stay

I made a hotel reservation with Travelocity for Nevada Flats hotel in Colorado Springs. I tried to call the hotel at 10:00 PM to let them know I would be later than ending check-in time, which ended at 11:00 PM, due to my ride availability. This is what I was instructed to do by Travelocity on the reservation confirmation. No one answered at Nevada Flats. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, and no one was in the office, and they would not answer the doorbell or my knocking. So, I had to spend the night on a friend's couch. I called the next day and still no answer. Travelocity called the hotel and they refused to refund the money. I noticed the parking lot that night had about 5 cars, so it wasn't like I kept them from renting to another party. Therefore, I feel a refund is fair since they didn’t lose money.
