  I was late to my appointment with Dr. Starkey because the Google map was showing the Sutter in Oakland. So I walked the wrong way for a while and then I realized It was the wrong way. The receptionist was rude, then she said she would call to see if he would see me. I waited for a half hour for her to finally tell me that he couldn't. Then she told me I should have put the address. She just made me wait. I have epilepsy. My fault! Next time I won't take BART from San Jose to see him.

  UPDATE: AFTER SUBMITTING A GRIEVANCE TO SUTTER ON THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR HERE, THE SAME MISERABLE PERSON CALLED AGAIN TODAY WITH THE SAME MISERABLE ATTITUDE AND AGAIN HUNG UP ON ME. WHY IS SHE STILL WORKING WITH PATIENTS???

  I was laughed at for wanting to come here instead of another location that was 10 minutes closer to my home and was told my kids were stressing me out that's why I needed the extra time alone in my car to drive there to be away from them. I was also told I was too young to be experiencing my symptoms and my concerns were not taken seriously. No care in the world here.. Never went back!

  We found this office to be very unresponsive. My wife's fall and concussion happened over six weeks ago and despite continued requests we have not had an appointment to follow up with her treatment. They don't seem to care about helping with her convalescence and we are in the dark as to how to proceed. Very disappointing.

  Dr Arnold was professional and caring. He provided care with amazing attention to details and in a very time efficient way. He took time to explain details of the imaging, answered all our questions and it was just the best level of care. The office staff was very helpful.
