::Overall, my experience was pretty good. I bought a 10 year old suburban. So I expected a few minor issues. I looked at a lot of vehicles and found what appeared to be a pretty nice one at Nesco. I started communicating with Rami via email. The communication was good. I told him i would have to fly down from Missouri so I asked if there were any issues with it big or small. He said that it was mechanically sound and everthing worked. After negotiating it down about $500, we agreed and the deal was done. I saw another review from a customer that said they picked him up from the airport, but when I asked if they could pick me up, he said they did not have the manpower. Fine. I flew down and got there Saturday morning. They greeted me nicely. I took a quick look inside the building and then they pulled it out for me to see. I looked it over pretty well and it was nice, with the exception of the dash being broken in two places. I know, Texas, 10 year old vehicle. The thing is, there were 44 pictures of the vehicle on the website, and the pictures were taken so you could not see the cracks. He then let me take it for a drive by myself, which I thought was very trusting. When I got back I told him I was disappointed with the dash being cracked because they could not be seen in any of the pictures. I also told him the wipers were shot (it was raining). Rami got on the phone and had an auto parts store bring over a set of wipers and they put them on before we signed the papers. He said they sometimes get dash covers from somewhere and he would talk to the owner and see if they could send me one to put on. I thought that was fair. But, I didn't hear anything so I emailed Wednesday asking about it. I was told that because of the great deal I was made, they couldnt send me the dash cover. I was disappointed because I felt like that was a fair solution to something that was intentionally hidden in my opinion. (44 pics) So in conclusion, I got a really nice vehicle at a fair price. Rami was pretty good to deal with. The whole deal was pretty quick and easy. I am overall pleased but, i would ask a lot of specific questions. I have since found other small issues, one being a small crease in the front fender that had been tapped out. I am not complaining. I missed that when I inspected the vehicle but, there was no picture or mention of that either. Just be careful, look at the pictures, but ask questions. Lots of questions.

::Great place to buy wonderful cars! Their quality automobiles are extremely well detailed and kept inside. We purchased an Audi convertible recently and the process from test ride to picking up the car was smooth and probably the easiest purchase I've made! Not much reason to haggle on price as the cars are priced to move, very, very reasonable! The Audi didn't have the owner's in it but Rami told me he would get one and mail it to me. It arrived at our house two days after we drove the car home! Now that's going above and beyond as far as I'm concerned! I would definitely recommend NESCO and will buy another car from them next time I'm in the market for one.

::I had a great experience buying a car from nesco!! The sales people were not high pressure at all. They had no problem with us getting the cars we were interested in checked out by a mechanic. Even after finding out one of the cars needed new brakes they helped us get that done too. I'm very happy with the purchase of our range rover!! Highly recommend getting a car from these guys!!
