  I came in to this spot and was impressed from the start. I was helped by ERI and she was AMAZING. Great to see SPANISH women getting the job done. I highly recommend this nail salon. EMILIA also helped us out

  A lot of seating, so I didn't have to wait even with a party of 3. Served us wine upon seating. Got a pedicure which was well done. The paint lasted a long time. Overall, good experience.

  I flew into Miami on a Thursday for a Friday cruise to the Bahamas. After eating dinner, it was hard to find a Nail shop open late with availability. Fortunately, Neo nails was open and I was able to set up an appointment. This shop is run like a dream. The service was outstanding, the shop is clean and the prices are very reasonable.

  Incredibly friendly staff who do great work. The place is big and they serve you free drinks while you get your nails done. Great atmosphere.

  Gentlemen at the register was very polite and took my order promptly. Asked me to sit down and as soon as I did Ms. Jackie came and took me back as soon as I sat down. Great pedicure, and great customer service. Would definitely come back again!
