::The response by Mr. Pearlstein below is pretty much a stock answer. I in fact did try reaching out to him and even left voice mails. No response. That's the level of concern he has. The following is my original review: My rating would have been higher if I were to rate Anthony's attempt to help us alone. Although happy with the car so far, I was underwhelmed by Carlos' attempt to rectify my displeasure at being deceived over final pricing. We'd reached an understanding about a final price with Anthony after having discussed it with Carlos. Asked a few times while being asked to initial here and sign there, "So this is the grand total? Tax, title and everything? 'Yes' " was the answer. Wasn't until I actually handed over a considerable amount of cash that the situation changed. Now for some reason, it was realized that taxes and fees were actually not included. With my cash in their hands now, it was as if they were holding it for ransom. The price now went up almost 3K as he said that some costs were unavoidable. He was able to magnanimously reduce the 3K by about 700 but that was still a far cry from the original agreed upon price. Of course part of dealer tactics are to wear you down by keeping you there for hours so I was definitely not in the mood to pitch a fit or read them the riot act. I acquiesced and asked if they could at least throw in some car mats or oil changes for our inconvenience. Carlos said no and that we were already getting the best deal even though earlier we were told that they were urgently trying to rid themselves of their stock and the fact that we were paying for the car in CASH!!! I guess cash is king everywhere but NEMET. So a word of caution: Do not hand any cash over until you have keys in your hand!

::I was treated with courtesy throughout the process. My sales agent Romy Jiminez was helpful and a nice guys as well. The manager Carlos Zetina gave me what I felt was a very fair deal and the process was stress free. I have leased so called luxury vehicles in the past and consider this experience as one of the easiest I have been through. Would definitely recommend the dealership. And of course the car is stunning.

::Avoid this dealership at all costs. The reason why you should run, not walk, away from this dealership can be summarized in in 6 letters.............. C A R L O S In trying to return my leased vehicle, I engaged Carlos to see about possible options for return and he seemed disinterested and was incredibly rude. To have this poor excuse for a "sales associate" working at your business speaks volumes about the management and their priorities. As a local business owner, I have many friends that have utilized this business in the past, but moving forward I am not going to recommend them ever again. Scott Pearlstein, what happened man? Your business used to be good and now you've let it go by the wayside.

::Leased a Sorento last month and though I was a little hesitant, after reading the other reviews, it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. All the documentation was detailed out over the phone and email which ensured that everything went perfectly smooth when I went in to take the car. Rashaine was very courteous and had everything ready and the entire process was done in under 30 min. Definitely a pleasant experience.

::What can I say about my experience with Nemet ? Except that it was awesome! Choosing the right car was easy because they have wide variety of well kept used vehicles and they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. My sales man was Rashane and let me tell you, you cannot go wrong with him. He is knowledge and very patient with me as a first time buyer. Ask for him when you go there, you will not go wrong.
