  Disgusting attitude, they don't even speak English so when i called to tell her about the cake she did wrong she told me with a nasty attitude speak spanish. A very simple plain green cake I wanted no decorations since I had bought a photo for the top. Instead I got a basic opposite of everything I wanted. then she had the nerve to say if I want it my way then to pay her more. Those exact words, who speaks to customers like that. Anywho this will be the last time I order from people who don't know how to treat customers and can't understand English or Spanish.

  I call to place a order I asked if this was “Nelly’s bakery” they asked who was I 🤔🤔 What business asks that when they get a call .. are you dodging bill collectors .. then they just hung up and never answered the phone again GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO
