::The Nel Centro is known for its fantastic happy hour from 4-6pm on weekdays. They have an outstanding patio seating area with fire tables. It is perfect for the late afternoon and evening hours. They have an inside bar best used when it's colder 9r rainy. The pizza for $7-8 Is a good deal, same as the lamb burger during happy hour. Couples go here for a date. Business travellers hang out here with their clients. It's a beautiful space.

::The food is so good. Very busy during rush time, but I was surprised how quickly we were still served. The burger and the calamari are awesome! This place is perfect if you're wanting a place to eat or drink before a show at Keller Auditorium.

::The food was divine and the service was impeccable. Russ was one of the most stellar servers I have ever encountered, and this coming from a former fine dining server herself! Excellent and highly recommended.

::My mom, sister and I popped in for a quick bite before seeing a show at the Keller. It was busy in the bar, no seats available. We were graciously greeted and assured that we would be seated quickly. They made us a table for three out of no where. and delivered an amazing meal with top-notch service. The food was absolutely delicious! High quality , fresh ingredients and a killer beer list.

::If there were negative stars they would get minus 10. We had reservations. We arrived and were seated on time. Thereafter no one so much as made eye contact with us until we left 25 minutes later. The table next to us came in later and their order was taken. Tables on both sides of us got fresh water and attentive service. We were invisible. We will never return. There are too many good restaurants in Portland to put up with this.
