  The Best designer discount store. I love the store, the prices, the merchandise, the cleanest of the store and the people that works here. I really really enjoyed shopping here. It's much better than Nordstrom Rack. .

  Messy, too few sales clerk's to help with anything. Expensive even tho reduced prices and confusing layout. Not at all great if you are plus sized.

  Very poor customer service. Called the store to see if my store order was ready for pick-up, and I explained that it had been over ten days and had the not received an email or notification call. The sales person who answered the phone wouldn't even check, and said " if you haven't received a pick-up email, I cannot help you." So I called the Neiman Marcus Last Call customer service support number online, and they confirmed that it had been delivered to the store two days ago. This is not the customer service I would expect from a high-end store. This will be my last purchase

  I picked up a few suits here. You can find great deals but the selection is limited and they do not offer tailoring at this location.

  A cashier whose name was Pam was rude. I found a shirt and it was on 40%off sale. When checking out, she said 30%off. I told that I found the same shirt which was on 40%off. I understand that It sometimes happens when the system is not updated. However, she directly told me to get the other shirt to get 40%off insteading asking me or asking someone else in her team. Also when asking her the total cost of the purchase because the screen did not show it, she looked at me(rolling her eyes) and pointed out the screen without saying anything. I said I wanted to have her name and her manager. She called out an asistant manager whose name was Paul and said "he wanted me to write my name but I dont want to." I am Very disppointed in their customer service. I think they need to train her with the basis of customer care 101. This was second time with her bad attitude.
