  Joy, Nana, and Esther are great! Awesome customer service, went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, locking in great deals.

  Good quality clothing and service. Prices are high (not as much on sale as at some other locations), but the high end items at Neiman Marcus aren't all available elsewhere. One criticism though: not much available in petite sizes.
