::Rum Punch on point! DJ Ck1 and Bartender Dre are the perfect combo.. (original review 03/2017) Update: Dre has since moved on to other ventures (which I must review soon), but Jorge and Pancho pack an excellent one, two, punch!!! I'm always EXTREMELY satisfied with the bar when one of those two are behind the counter ;-)

::The place itself was nice. The reason for the 3 stars is simple. I went for an associate birthday celebration. Her and another friend arrived early to reserve the table. They were offered a table and proceeded to order drinks. The table was then taken away and offered to another party which I'm assuming was solely due to them thinking the rest of our party wasn't going to show up or they had more people so bigger tips(eventhough there is no time limit on how long you can have the table). They seated us at a smaller table causing everyone to not have a seat. Finally, another party left at which point we got their booth. The server finally came to take our order but I personally didn't like his attitude. It wasn't in your face nasty but something was definitely not right. They kept bringing other people's food to our table. At one point the guy bringing the food got annoyed and left the food at our table. Although no one ate they still charged us for it after they were told to take it back. Now on to the space. The lounge was a tight fit. Once it began to fill up the air became thin and hot. The fire department came and shut the whole club down shortly after.

::Food was very nice and hot when it reached our table. The drinks were nice too. Our server was not only a server but so friendly that it seemed he was part of our party. He man us feel welcome. I recommend Negril for tasty appetizers, drinks, and food.

::I have a love/dislike (notice I didn't say hate) relationship with this place. I love the vibes & the food is good but why don't they clean their oxtail properly removing the fat & they only give you 4 small pieces. Also, it appears that they raise their prices every couple of months. The drinks are expensive as well. The rice and peas at times tastes like it was frozen & reheated. Le sigh. DO BETTER NEGRIL!

::My husband and I went to Negril Village to celebrate his birthday. We were very pleased with every aspect of our experience there. Nicole, the Assistant Manager was very courteous and when out of her way to assist me when I called with questions on directions and reservation. We had a 6:00 reservation and were promptly seated upon arrival at 5:50. Our server, Gabriel was professional, patient, and well versed on the menu. He assured us that we would be able to receive and complete our meals in time to get back to Broadway for an 8 p.m. show. The food was authentic, well cooked, and delicious. My husband had the house Red Snapper , and the presentation was beautiful. I had the brown stew chicken, rice and cabbage, all of which were very good and the quantity was just enough. Our tab for 1 shared appetizer, 1 non-alcoholic specialty drink, 1 dessert and 2 entrees was $113.00 with the 15% gratuity included. In my opinion this was a bit pricey, but again the experience was a very positive one. I really appreciated the reviews everyone posted in helping me to make my decision to go there. I give them a thumbs up for customer service, food quality and quantity, and ambiance.
