  I got a novelty piece tailored & wasn't initially satisfied. They then went above & beyond to make sure that item was perfect, free of charge. Excellent customer service. I am going to come here regularly & will consider bringing my fur & leather here too if all else goes well.

  UGH!!! Stay away from here! I had read the reviews about this place losing stuff, and took my dry cleaning to the infinitely better Young Cleaners on 86th st. However, because they are a couple blocks closer to me (I live on 87th street) I brought my wash and fold to Neet. Sure enough I recently popped in to pick up my 20lb laundry bag and it wasn't there. They had no idea where it went and gave me a story about how they had given it to me the day before! Well, I'm a doctor, I have to remember a lot of things, and I live in a small apartment. I think I would have remembered picking up a 20 lb laundry bag. The owner told me it was my word against hers refused to address her losing my laundry. $250 later I now have socks, underwear and t shirts. So now you've been warned. You can drop stuff off here but don't expect to be able to pick it up.

  Neet has done our weekly cleaning for ten years. They are extraordinarily careful with their cleaning and alterations. Neet has done our shirts, and never ever lost or broken a button. They pick up and deliver in a wide area around their 87th Street shop. I think they're wonderful!
