  I wish there was a no star review. This is coming from the person who had to wait over an hour on st patty's day for an appointment that was at 4 o'clock. If you're not going to show up and do your job don't make promises to people who ate going to be there on time. Horrible customer service skills and I will never be returning ✌👋

  This is a good shop with a very friendly tattoo artist. Happy with his work but may need to get my tattoo touched up. Only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the facility. I understand it is in an older Benson building but this business would benefit a great deal and it would be much more comforting to walk into a well lit, cleaner front of the shop area. Overall, my experience was good I would still come back again!

  sent e-mails of a few tattoos for my girl and I..got no response.. drive 40 min to get tattoos done and was told card machine still not working..was never told how much cash we needed?? $400+ walked out there door that day..gonna look for better service
