::This bank specifically has been the worst navy federal I have ever been to. This bank has under trained staff who allowed financial mistakes to happen when I bought a car out of a lease for the first time. They allowed my payments to go up over $100 a month more because did not include taxes in my loan and they raised my percentage from 5% to 18% and kept all of the over payments from the higher percentage when the problem was later fixed. The bank manager has not called me back. All of this was caused by me asking for help at this branch and they never took care of me, they treated me as if I was on my own from the start. In the future all of my car loans and credit cards will be from another bank or credit union. Not here. Not navy federal.

::Absolutely love this bank. I've never had such a good customer service experience at any other bank! They were friendly and efficient. There's always what looks like a long wait for a teller, but I've never been there for more than 10 minutes.
