::First time at this branch and will not go back. First of all, the branch managers office should be in the back somewhere so you don't see her yacking with employees while you are waiting 50 minutes for assistance. Second, an apology just isn't acceptable when you know why I'm there, can see I have not been given the appropriate form to fill out during all that waiting time, so now, when you are finally ready to help me (person that was yacking with the branch manager for at least 10 - 15 minute when you could have been helping me), finally tells me I need a form and gives it to me after waiting all that time. Not professional. Not customer service oriented. Not prioritizing customers that come into the bank or their time. I just opened a business account with NFCU. I hope that this was a one off experience at this particular branch.

::Fast professional service. I handled my auto loan refinance online and then came inside this local branch to pick up my check. Quick and very efficient. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The customer service representative was also very much helpful. I also appreciate the additional measurements they are taking with following the COVID 19 safety guidelines. I can definitely tell management is doing a great job with leading and educating, training staff. Navy Federal is my go to for all of my banking/financial/ business services needs. I would humbly like to suggest maybe adding water bottles in the lobby as a courtesy to customers. Even if they can’t drink inside the branch. (Masks on) Also maybe adding automative night lights outside for drive through. Keep up the great job.

::It took a little while to figure out how to drive to the front of the building. I eventually figured out that you have to cut through a Chilis parking lot to get there. Maybe put some signs up? Other than that service was great. Everyone was very pleasant and I was in and out very quickly.

::I was there yesterday to open an account through my employer due to their relationship w/ navy federal for HSA accounts. The reason why I’m giving 3 stars is b/c of the woman at the very front desk when you first walk in. She had locs for identification. She was not nice. She was not helpful. And I could tell she didn’t care about helping me with my problem. She certainly did not exhibit good customer service. Apparently this location plainly just doesn’t handle HSAs and that fine but can you pretend like you care? Can act like you will try to see if you can help me in some way? I stood in front of her and told her what I was there for. She responds saying they don’t do that and that’s it. Im confused b/c my employer has all employees go to NF for their HSA accounts. But she doesn’t even try to explain. I call my boss and then have to ask HER if there is someone else that can help and explain. The man that came out to assist was courteous enough. I accepted his answer and left. I really want to give that woman 1 star but b/c he DID display good customer service I give 3 out of 5. Why work at a job if you are just going to be rude to ppl. I have to try to help ppl every day and be nice to ppl that I don’t want to be all the time. The girl with the locs needs to learn this too. It’s her job. What she’s paid to do. And honestly it’s not that hard either. Get your employees in check NF. And it’s a brand new location. Not a great start.... I wish I got her name.
