  I ordered two sorority necklaces - one for me and one as a gift. Sam provided EXCELLENT customer service by answering all my questions and ensuringg that my order arrived timely. I really liked my necklace; it delicately sits nicely on my neck. However, what really put a smile on my face was the response of my sorority sister explaining how much she LOVED her gift and has worn it everyday since she received my gift to her.   I don't have my own google account so I am writing this using my son's account. I ordered my daughter's letters on a 10q rose gold ring. The ring came and my daughter LOVED it, but it was too small. I emailed the company (Sam) and he rushed out the larger size... and in a couple of days I had the perfect ring!
