  This place is a fraudulent funeral home. The guy who conducts services here name is micheal naughton. He is a liar and a thief. DO NOT use their services!!!

  In the beginning everything was going smooth but after my great uncle was cremated that's when the issues started with Michael Naughton the director of Naughton Brothers in Brooklyn NY. He was paid in full to handle a cremation for my loved one and it's been two months and I still don't have the remains. Oh and let me not leave out the part where he owes me money and he wrote me a check and it bounced. He's made several promises to make good on the bad check and send my family the remains and nothing yet. I'm so upset and disgusted that a person who is supposed to provide care and bring families closure to the loss of their loved would do something like this. I used his service because my family had used him years ago but I'm here to tell you that I wouldn't recommend him to bury my dog! His behavior is outright disgusting and I would not recommend him at all for business. Karma will get him trust!

  This man stole money from our family. I knew him for years and he was hired as our family funeral director. He broke bread with us many of times. He gave us a bill for $7,876.00 to bury my uncle/dad and then turned around and submitted a bill for $19,299.00. When we approached him with this, He then said "he didn't submit the assignment for that amount.' That was a lie! We called him about the rest of the money when the insurance company sent the remainder of the money. They verified that he did in fact submit the assignment for that amount. We then called him and he said he is sending the correct amount owed to my family. He gave us the run around, and issued us a check for $11,200.00, in which the check should have been for $11,473.00. The check he gave us bounced. He then gave us the run around again and now he is not answering NONE OF OUR CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. This man who was a friend is a crook and I would not use him. We are still grieving and I can't understand why he would do this too us. We tried to support his business and he took advantage of us. We contacted the insurance company only to learn that he forged my aunt's signature and had it notarized. I cannot explain the disbelief of his man and what he is doing. Please people don't give him your business. This is why black owned companies don't get the support they probably deserve. It is people like him who makes it bad for other's. Our hearts are broken, and now we are suing him and the insurance company and filing a complaint against his license. We are not a family that take from other's, we are a God fearing family. He will lose more than what he owes, not just monetary, but with God, in which he will have to answer to him for his actions. We will pray for him.
