  Very nice and helpful. Do their best to fill your pet requirements (ie dietary or health issues).

  This is the best store I've found in the downtown area that meets my dog's needs. I've tried EVERY store on both sides of the Willamette and yup, this is the one for us! Really courtious staff and a great location only a couple blocks from Freddys, so it's convenient. I love it!

  Love NPM! The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. You can find lower prices from the big box stores if you really want to, but you won't get that personal touch that makes the real difference.
