  I normally go in person for special occasions to get flowers. I had a pleasant experience with the 1 time I had a delivery which prompted this review. I thought the arrangement was great and the size of the roses were impressive. I ordered it in the afternoon and they arrived soon after my wife came home just before 6p. Only 4 stars because it is a little pricey, but for the service and quality of the flowers I'd give 5 stars.

  Wake today in Holbrook, same town where Nature's Design Group is located. I purposely chose them because they are 0.6 miles away according to Google maps or 2 minutes by car. Ordered an arrangement pictured and described on their website at around 10 a.m. and asked for delivery to the funeral home by 2 p.m. that same day. I arrived at the funeral home and by 2:15 p.m. my flowers were still not there. I called to find out where they were, was left on hold for quite a few minutes only to be told they don't really do same-day service. Keep in mind I was able to choose service for the same day through their website. Then I was told they don't have the flowers I wanted and that I ordered something "flower specific" and we're trying to get them. Again this "flower specific" arrangement was specifically offered, pictured and described on their website. I said to them that if you didn't have the flowers for that arrangement a phone call would have been nice saying there are no flowers like this would you like something else? Instead I received no phone call, no timely flowers and an attitude when I said this. I was finally asked if I wanted something in place of this and since I had already paid I said yes. I said please make them beautiful and arrive quickly. By 3 p.m. I got a mediocre arrangement. If you order flowers from these people, good luck! Never again for me.

  Just WOW! This little local flower shop in the Smithtown/Holbrook/Stony Brook area really knows how to make your reception ballroom look stunning! As soon as we sat down with Nicole, we told her our vision and she was SO passionate about bringing our idea to life! We absolutely loved working with her! She is a very professional, knowledgable and talented florist with phenomenal modern taste - you won't find easily anywhere else! She will tell you what looks good and what not & that's so important if you are still deciding on the last thousand details a Bride has to decide on last month: bouquet flowers,colours, flowers for the cake, etc. - she helps with everything. All centerpieces for my sister-in-laws Indian American wedding reception looked drop-dead gorgeous! The evening of the reception we walked into the ballroom & it was like we walked into a fairytale! Every single centerpiece was executed to PERFECTION and we were blown away by all the beautiful fresh flowers everywhere & candle light that filled up the room! She goes way out of her way to make her clients happy and we can't thank Nicole and her team enough for making it such a beautiful event for us and our family to cherish forever. Thank you! PS: Even all of our guest are still talking months later about how beautiful the decor was at our event.

  The funeral flowers Trish and her co-workers designed to be sent from our church were absolutely gorgeous. The arrangement was so full, beautiful colors and much better than the catalogue representation. I also appreciated the kind service I've received and the prompt attention to our needs. I highly recommend this local florist. It's nice to know they're in our neighborhood.

  The woman who assisted me was very nice. She asked what colors I was looking for, but that was about it. She wrapped the very simple looking bouquet before showing it to me. I commented that there was only 1 rose in the bouquet, and she said well theres other flowers, pointed them out, and continued to ring me up. It was a pretty sad looking bouquet for $25. The least she could have done was throw in another rose. I've bought much nicer bouquets at grocery stores for less money. Unfortunately I will not be buying flowers here again.
