  I have used Nathan for name change requiring Land Court review for real property located in Hawaii. He has been very concise, efficient and prompt with the required documents. He has also been very patient with my own poor technology skills and assisted me in any way possible. Although I am currently unable to travel to Hawaii from the mainland I feel certain I will continue to use Nathan for my future needs. My best rating.

  Nathan Natori assisted us on a review of a retail lease for restaurant space on Oahu where the Landlord was a large well known land developer in Hawaii. Nathan did a very thorough deep dive of our contract terms and highlighted numerous items that would have been overlooked otherwise. Nathan's comments were clearly explained and in a way where the average business owner could easily understand. Nathan was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls and when it came time to discuss the overall results in person, I felt very comfortable with his communication style and confident that we identified the key risks areas and how to mitigate them properly. I will definitely use Nathan for future legal review services.

  Our experience at Natori Law Office was exceptional. We were in a sticky situation with a real estate deal that we tried to do on our own. With their advice, we were able to see the clear path and it worked out great. I would not do any other real estate deal in Hawaii without running it through Natori Law office to make sure we were covered. Remember: You don’t know what you don’t know!
