::I love this studio a lot! The owner and all the instructors are so welcoming and professional. They love what they do and exude positive energy every day. They occasionally run challenges/ programs that inspires and motivates This place is a clean and good place to practice. Highly recommended for beginners or long time practitioners.

::I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years visiting studios all around the world. The Natomas yoga studio is one of, if not THE best studio I have been practicing at. It's a place where I find connection with the wonderful teachers (who may sometimes tell you things you don't want to hear but if you come with an open mind ultimately serve you!) It's a place with a friendly atmosphere and community of other students, and a squeaky clean and inviting studio. Providing a free water station and lovely soaps and toiletries for use I see as a sign of care, respect and love for anyone who comes to join the amazing array of yoga classes offered for all levels. All thumbs up!
