::Not good customer service. A miscommunication on their part lead them to take my sample contacts back! Had to drive to school all week with my broken glasses while waiting for my new glasses to ship. Rude.

::EXTREMELY rude front office girls. I live in Maricopa and have been driving to different nationwides to find glasses for my son. I walked in and smiled and then and said "hi" I got a blank stare with "what do you need" I continued to ask questions through out my visit here and was ignored because they had a more important conversation going on. I asked where the bathroom was and got nothing. I just started to walk out which then they decided to ask "you didn't find anything" I then told them "no, and thanks for answering me while I was talking to you". Get a better friendly staff or train them on customer service. I was there on 6/26/17 at 5:30pm so who ever you had there is who you need to work with.

::Should have seen the rating before making my sons appointment! Would give them 0 stars if possible!!!! The girl at the front desk has no idea what she is doing! told me the appointment was one day, got there and said it was scheduled a different date. Said they would still see my boys but I would have to pay cash!!! Called the ins, and the previous nationwide vision office we have gone to and they both told me they were eligible! The whole time she's frantically printing docs and looking lost her manager is just sitting there looking stupid! Never intervened! Worst cs ever!!!

::Excellent customer service. I took my son for his eye exam and glases. The doctor was friendly and nice . They accommodated us and we're very helpful. I will go soon to get my vision checked and for for a new pair of glasses.
