  Needed our meter replaced did a great job but when he turned off gas he forgot to relight water heater we called they said we had to pay a plumber to do it not right.

  Absolutely one of the most difficult companies to deal with. Horrible staff, horrible service. Told us our gas was up and running before we moved to our new place... lo and behold it wasn't and they made us wait 2 weeks for a serviceman to come on a workday in the middle of the day with a 6 hour window to essentially open a meter (why it was closed they couldn't tell me). I asked them if they could shorten the window by 15 minutes (so I could get home in time), which they refused and informed me if the guy came and we weren't around we'd be charged $42.00.

  If I can give negative stars they would definitely get all of them. THE WORST!!!! company i've ever had to deal with. This monopoly for the cities gas has these people left for nothing but ridiculous terrible service.

  I'm one of those people that doesn't typically write reviews unless something is either outstandingly amazing or inconceivably terrible. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My roommate and I have been trying ***since April*** to set up gas for our apartment. It's almost September. We have been stood up by the technician multiple times, or he comes at the wrong time, when both of us are at our full time jobs and can't let him in. A few times he has apparently shown up, but for whatever ridiculous reason decided not to call us or ring our buzzer to let us know he is there. If you total up all of the time we have spent on hold or on the phone with them, it is hours upon hours. It has been truly absurd. This is the only company that can provide gas to us at our apartment location. I have no idea how such an incompetent company can be in business, and I hate to be rude, but I highly recommend that you be fully informed and mentally prepared for a horrendous experience with them.
