  Be careful when you returning the car gas tank got filled up prior to returning the car and I was charged for refilling the car thank God that they were cameras and I had the receipt from the gas station I guess one of the workers most likely and probably filled up their own car and charger to a tourist

  Located on the corner at a makeshift desk. Plan ahead. Be cognizant of busy times like 8-10am cause you’ll be in line with foreigners that take time getting paperwork in order. Other than long line our experience was terrific.

  Long wait times. Not enough people handling a lot of people. We waited 60 minutes to get a car.

  Ridiculously OVER PRICED! They taxed on a bunch of additional fees without informing us, I ended up being wrongly charged $800 which I only noticed when I checked my bank statement and subsequently followed it up. Not to mention $160 a day is very pricey to begin with.

  This kiosk gets very busy. I highly encourage those to make reservations in advance or get there early before 7am. That being said there was a mixup on my first rental but the problem was addressed nicely by Jason (manager) and staff. These guys made it right quickly and are top notch professionals. Highly recommend for those looking to rent because this was the first place in Waikiki to make a mistake right. Thanks
