::Quick and friendly service! Already booked online and it literally took about three minutes from the time I entered the door to the time I got my keys

::I rent frequently from this location and the staff is always great... but in particular Judy’s smiling face is always great to see. She provides excellent customer service and is always professional and helpful. Thanks for a great experience! I’ll be back :)

::Good rental place for cars. For reservations better do at least 2 days prior because they get the cars from the airport branch according to reservations. Also when I reserve mid size I got free upgrade to full size car. It was awesome

::Phenomenal service! Yes, the garage is tight, as is expected in Downtown Seattle. However, both the attendant and the hang tag on the mirror gave me easy, clear instructions for exiting (and returning, too). I returned the rental after hours and, without asking, got assistance from an attendant with signing out/returning keys. Super easy, super quick and couldn’t have asked for a better rental car, either!

::If I could give this place TEN stars I would. Judy on the front desk saved my holiday from falling apart :) Booked a 4 day rental for a mini road trip back at the start of July 2017. On the day of collection myself and my parents (both late 60s) walked from our hotel with our bags and arrived at the office. There was a short wait as we were second in line but that didn't bother me, as I had a chance to cool down from what was a rather sweaty march across a few blocks. The lady at the desk finished with her customers, and then it was my turn. I'd booked my car through a third party, and to my horror, there was a paperwork issue which was entirely my own doing. Judy, the staff member who was dealing with me could absolutely not have done anything more than she did. She made calls for me, suggested some things I could try... but still we couldn't manage to fix the problem. My parents and I were now stuck, no hotel, no car, no road trip, and reservations further south that would not be refunded if we cancelled. I was choked, almost ready to give up on the situation, when Judy turned to us (after helping another customer, as I'd insisted she carry on with her work so we didn't hold her up), and she said "I think I got it, I think I can fix this." Well, not only did she fix it, but she got me and the parents an upgrade, and provided an extra driver free of charge. Had I not been so sweaty I'd have leapt over the counter and hugged the poor woman. :) She didn't have to do anything at all, yet she went way beyond the call. Single handedly rescued 4 days of my holiday from disaster. If I'd been back home in England there is no way ever that I'd have left the place in a car. That is for sure. At some point I will return to Seattle again, and I will pay that office a visit. If Judy is still there, I owe her a drink, for sure. Faultless. :) TL-DR; Give Judy at National Car Rental a pay rise!! Even if National were not the cheapest, the service Judy at their Seattle office provided me with was worth more than any saving. :)
