He ensured me that I had everything I needed and recommended things he thought I should get. I would recommend this location over the airport as the rental rates are cheaper, staff is great, and they have the Emerald Aisle Service. ::The staff here were very friendly and went above and beyond in providing the type of car we were looking for. As a loyal National customer, I was a little worried that the lack of Emerald Aisle access would lead to a poorer choice of vehicle or overall experience. But I can happily report that I honestly had a better experience here than nearly anywhere else I've rented. Great job to the team at this location. I highly recommend it!

::Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was convenient for me. Also close to the T station. It was difficult to see whether the car had any dings or scratches because the cars are in a parking garage and the light is not great. But I did not get charged for any damage (and I don't think I caused any). On a rainy day though it is nice to pick up the car inside. My only complaint with the car was that the driver's windshield wiper was cracked which caused it to work poorly. Didn't discover that until I was on my way out of town. Ended up replacing it myself. Better to spend $10 than to have an accident because I couldn't see. Would rent there again if in the area.

::Good first experience with National. Back Bay location was close to multiple hotels, staff was friendly/helpful and we were able to drop off after hours when we got back to Boston.
