::Triumph 2 post lift comes with no instructions. A PDF sent to me by the company is completely inadequate. Wasted hours trying to guess where each part goes. This could have been a 6 hour job and now it'll be twelve. Really guys this product needs an owners manual AND installation manual. (Yes had a qualified electrician/contractor doing it) Shipping was fast and lift was well packaged. Price was great. Quality seems fine. I can't use it yet, still working on it.

::Bought a lift from these guys about 5 years ago and then tire machines last year. Despite a ton of abuse everything is still working great. One one of my tire machines I had a small issue when I started using it but they got me a replacement part fast no questions asked.

::Absolute terrible customer service. My lift came with twisted pillars, missing parts, not as pictured, no instructions. They won't return calls even after I sent them the pictures they requested.

::No wonder this place has a 2 point something rating. THIEVES, LIARS, CROOKS! Bought a tire mount unit through a distributor or dealer--was late arriving, is a rickety piece of junk that has broken down numerous times in less than 6 months. Now has a major problem needs repaired they won't honor the warranty at all! RUN LIKE THE WIND FROM THESE GUYS! Talked to some guy named Corey that was a rude jerk and a guy named Bud (I'm sure that's a fake name) who said he was the General Manager but didn't care at all to even try to attempt to help me. FOR REAL DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS! I AM POSTING THESE COMPLAINTS ON NUMEROUS WEBSITES AND FILING WITH STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES AS WELL! MY GOAL IS TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!
