  I bought a 2014 Chevy express about 2 months ago. Check engine light came on due to faulty engine sensors and they did not want to even consider honoring the 90 day warranty. They also promised me a ladder rack and shelving because they didn't have any at the time and when i went to claim them, they told me to kick rocks. Do not trust them or believe what they say about their vehicles. Over promise and under deliver. The general manager is also not a people person. Worst costumer service I've experienced in a long while.

  As a service company it is incredibly important that we keep our fleet on the road and in good working condition.   I found National Auto Mart extremely professional to deal with. Jim was fantastic! I bought a 2007 Chevy Express Extended Cargo Van from them. They had a huge selection of commercial vehicles which is exactly what I was looking for. I've been to other pre-owned dealerships before and I've never encountered such a professional purchasing experience as I did at National Auto Mart. They have the whole process down to a science. Thank you very much Jim and National Auto Mart, it was great!
