  The place is hard to find, but they are super friendly. We used a van for a video shoot and it was problem free.

  Nashville Van Rentals is an extremely unprofessional company... If the rental is important to you, I would beware and look elsewhere. After some phone calls and email correspondence, I thought I was all set with my rental for a group of 12 year olds. After I sent copies of our non-profit status as requested, Nashville Van instructed me that everything was great and the final paperwork would be sent. It was never sent...so I followed up with them 1 day later to let them know it was never sent. They informed us that they no longer had a available van for my group and blamed us for not responding sooner. When we asked them to resend the final paperwork (that was supposed to be sent in an email), the no longer responded. Very disappointing in a city with limited options.
