  We had originally scheduled an 8:30 PM slot with Music City Crawler a couple of months ago for a bachelorette party. Earlier this week, the owner contacted the organizer of our group and tried to get us to reschedule for either Friday or Sunday, which unfortunatly did not work for our group. The owner then rescheduled us for a later time, which we were ok with since we had no other choice. When we showed up for our allotted time, another bachelorette party was there (this group had also been rescheduled with notice at 2:30 am this morning for the same time slot). We were then told that we could wait another hour an a half if we wished to do the pedal tavern, with no prior notice, or appologies for the inconvenience. One of the ladies in our group left a bad review on the company's Facebook page, (because who in their right mind wants to start a pedal tavern tour at 11:30 PM, or later at the rate these bookings were going) and the company deleted the review, to which she received notice. Do NOT waste your time or money on this company. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate to their patrons. As a Nashville resident myself, I am very disappointed in this experience. There are many other pedal taverns with reviews that have not been altered, and have better reputations. If you do schedule with Music City Crawler, my advice would be to make sure you do not schedule anything else for that day, and are flexible enough to even switch days to accommodate for their last minute schedule changes.
