::Highly recommend investing in an Airbnb. The hotel appeared to be run by teenagers on summer break, who at best treated you as a minor inconvenience. That said the housekeeping and engineering staff were lovely and always friendly. For your $200 plus per night room you can plan on being unable to reach anyone from the front desk or concierge by phone, no breakfast ($20 for the buffet), and if you're there for three nights like us expect to pay over $100 for parking (that's right no free or discounted parking). So, enjoy your stay at the majestic Marriott with such featured views as the Wendy's parking lot where you too will receive the same care and consideration given in the United terminal at the Atlanta airport.

::Hotel is modern and updated unlike what it was a few years ago when I stayed here. The staff are friendly and it's nice to have the restaurant/bar in the hotel itself. It's centrally located so it's a very easy 10-15 minute drive anywhere in nashville.

::Visited for a work conference. Very nice accommodations, lovely staff, great view straight into Vamderbilt's football stadium. Near good food and not terribly far from Music Row (maybe 2 miles?).

::Good overall experience. Room service food was good. The self parking situation is confusing, and the elevator in the parking garage did not work--fortunately I had my smaller suitcase. Convenient for the VUMC campus. Now I know just to use the shuttle instead of driving.

::Good luck trying to get anyone at this facility to call you back. I have reached out more than a dozen times to speak to someone regarding my stay at this facility. I have been hung up on twice by front desk clerks. I personally stay at over 200 hotels a year for work and pleasure. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in my life. I have an incredible relationships with all the staff at the surrounding Courtyard Marriott's around Nashville. But my first and definitely last stay at this Courtyard was a disaster. Beware of hidden charges that they do not disclose even at check in. Beware of rude employees. Beware of nonexistent management team. JUST BEWARE....
