  The nursing staff was friendly and accommodating. A little concerned about the doctor who assisted in the evening but the on call physician was very helpful and knowledgeable.

  Place is completely unhealthy! No one knew a thing of what was going on with anything. They argued over my appointment that was being made. The so called Dr. made the appointment and then it was changed because it wasn't right with the other schedule??? And that happened 3 times! The appointment also happened after I had a YEARS wait. Inside looked like I was in a homeless shelter.... Nasty slime in the sinks, very old equipment and everyone was rude. NGH was a morgue not hospital!

  The doctors and staff are competent and compassionate. There was very little wait time and everything was well explained. Wonderful place for care.

  I always find that the good goes unrecognized way too often so I wanted to come here and make sure to give them a good review. I had such a great experience here today since arriving. The staff were all super friendly and genuinely cared for me, which made me incredibly surprised. They really try to help people in hardships and genuinely care for their patients. For once, I feel hopeful for my ongoing medical treatment that I will be receiving here at The General Hospital.
