  Disastrous experience here. I went in for a trim of my hair which I finally grew long/to the length I wanted. The woman and I agreed to 2 inches, she showed me what she was intending on cutting and it was fine and THEN proceeded to chop at least 8 inches off of my hair! I walked in for a trim of my hip length hair and walked out with just an inch or so longer than shoulder length; drastic difference! First time I have ever pulled away from a hair dresser and tried to get out of the chair, but unfortunately it was too late. Additionally, the two women held no accountability. She claimed that it was dry and she was making it look good 1) not her decision nor what we agreed upon 2) she tore through my curly hair with a hair brush making it frizzy and breaking off pieces, of course it looked messed up, chopping it off is not an excusable or professional solution.
