  This place is terrible, awful, a true disgrace to the city of New York, if the mayor knew how terrible they treat people, they'd be fired and re-staffed. They make you miss any other appointments with HRA or any one else that day. I was given a 1030 am appt, got here at 1015 am. I have two other appts today. After waiting 90 minutes, I ask about my appointment and they tell me it is "First come, first serve." And that I was now number 41, they were on number 27. I told them I was here early for an appointment 3xactly, and was not told it was first come first serve. The women at the desk showed no care. They seem to just be there to get a paycheck and don't care about people's lives. I will now miss my 2 other appointments because of them, and Snap in Williamsburg, who gave me the appointment and did not say it was first come, first serve anywhere! I will be missing a job interview thanks to NYC Human Resources Admin, and WECARE at 1420 Bushwick Ave. in Brooklyn. I worked in mental health/homeless housing in nyc all my life, these people are supposed to be helping the needy and vulnerable, and they treat the needy like without care, just to get a paycheck, I assume. FIRE and RESTAFF/REWORK these organizations, WECARE does not communicate with SNAP Williamsburg, it ruins parts of needy vulnerable New Yorkers, AND they don't show any care about it.

  They didn't put every single health condition I had down when tho I have the paperwork with all my health condition stated he only put 2 I have over 10 I feel like they rush the questions and some they don't even ask u they put it themselves they said I didn't have children when clearly she was sitting beside me smh long wait times as well and it very cramped
