  Very unprofessional. Never showed up for my appointment, never answered the phone nor responded in anyway. I called the salon on a weekday morning and couldn't get an answer. Found their web presence on Facebook and made an appointment. Even received text confirmation of my appointment time and stylist (Fulani). Texted the number pictures in advance of the appointment to confirm expectations and there was no reply. Came to the salon at my appointment time and the entire place was closed. No answers to my text, no Fulani, no one answered the phone (314-436-HAIR) nor the door! Very unprofessional. I start a new job tomorrow. This was a HUGE WASTE of my time which I don't have to waste. VERY dissapointed! NEVER coming back! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANY PROFESSIONAL BLACK WOMAN! Napps may waste your time like they wasted mine!

  I called and was able to get a same day walk in. Loved the atmosphere and the results of my hair.

  One of the stylist is known for assaulting people over men she sells sex to on Washington avenue.. GOES BY THE NAME REDD JACK.. They go in bars waiting for clients and don't tip.. ALSO.,she tells clients to pay in cash so she can go gamble .. Who does that? This is a bad look for other businesses.. Other business suffer from this behavior.. Don't go here.. They are giving downtown a BAD LOOK.. AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. She also endangers the whole block from her and her male friends criminal activity.. Other businesses need to start a petition and take legal measures.. Look at the affiliate crimes that have taken place since this 'Redd Jack" came into the work place.. The evidence is there.. Yea, her name is Redd Jack, and she will Jack your head up and charge an arm and a leg when someone in your momma's kitchen can do a better job.. Facts..Businesses have seen this thug thot behavior and she should be charged soon.. She also displayed her terrorism behavior to neighbors at 1308 Washington avenue building.. Go back to East boogie.. Your thot behavior is welcomed at their pink slip location
