  Don't expect to return ANYTHING even if it's defective or they ordered the wrong part, not if you used a debit card.

  I've been waiting in line for about 15 min. While two of the employees seemingly ignore me. Then when i ask if some one could help me an employee named pam. Made it a point to tell me he will help me when he is ready and i just need to wait. Theses people have no business ethics

  Have used NAPA in the pass with good services. My reason visit after waiting approximately 10 minutes and two employees answering several calls and not even saying that I will be with you in a minute. I left and and went to O'Reilly, very good service. Found the product and was in and in three minutes.
