  Food was good, waitress was great, but no restaurant is worth waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes from the time we sat down until the time we got our main dishes. From what we have heard, seems like this is a regular occurrences and definitely a management issue.

  Great food cant get any fresher than for what they serve but you got to understand like l did its not like these other places that claim its fresh and have your order out in 5 to 12 minutes they make your food to order there aint no nothing sitting around pre made for days waiting to sell its maid and prepared right then and there that day you come in to eat and isnt made till you the customer orders it thats why it may take a little longer than your use to from other places be ready for your date to spend some time its usually 20 mins for your order parties hay you know whats up for you big groups

  Delicious, fresh, homemade pasta, bread and sauces! Incredible chef here with an amazing pallet for real Italian food.

  Home made, traditional Tuscan style food. Lovely small plates and creative full dinner menu. Attentive owners. This is a " someone had to tell you about it or you'll drive by... In our case for 20 years, restaurant!" Very happy that someone suggested this lovely little find.

  We visited Nancetta's for Mother's Day brunch. Our drink order and food order was taken in a timely manner. I should have known what we might be in for when the table beside us got up and left. They went to the bar to pay for their drinks but could not wait any longer for their food to be served. Management must have been concerned about how this looked since a fruit plate (that we didn't order) was brought to our table shortly after that. As we waited, another table next to us left after finishing their drinks and not getting their food. After ONE HOUR, my meal was served. The waitress seemed confused as to what my boyfriend and my mother had ordered. This seemed puzzling to me since the restaurant was NOT busy. It was another fifteen minutes or so before my boyfriend and my mother received their food and my mother's food was not presented as it was described on the menu. This was corrected by the owner. When our check was presented, it was incorrect and had to be redone. The reason I am giving Nancetta's a three star rating is that once the food was served, it really was very good. I don't know whether the issue is with restaurant management or with the functioning of the kitchen. If they are unable to resolve these issues, their business will be negatively impacted. We will not return.
