  You spend a lot of time in the chair, the Dentist is very reasonable He the Dentist , Hygentist Do excellent work!! Very Happy with my smile.

  I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come here, love the staff, hygienist is very fast and thorough! No pain involved, just relaxed and spent some time at the spa (dentist) ♡♡

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I have NEVER had such terrible service... I first went to this dentist in 2010 and they over diagnosed me and said that I needed three root canals-- I then transferred to another dentist to get a second opinion and they said I didn't need any work done.... just a routine cleaning. After many years I decided to give them another chance since they have reasonable prices and hours. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday July 5th, 2017 at 5:00 pm. I called at 3 pm on the 5th and asked if I could be ten minutes late since I work in Granite City (on Maryville road), and could not leave my work until 5, I was told that was fine. Nothing further. I arrived at 5:10 pm and the long, dark haired woman at the counter told me that it was going to be a two hour wait time for the dentist to get me back. I had nothing else planned that evening and so I agreed to wait. Approximately half an hour after I had been waiting I received a phone call so I stepped outside the front door, right in front of the business, and spoke on the phone for roughly 40 minutes. After the phone call ended I walked back inside and the woman called me back up to the counter and told me they would have to reschedule me. I was furious. Another woman that was waiting to see the dentist was allowed to go sit inside of her truck IN THE PARKING LOT, and the employee walked out when it was her turn to go back... As I stood outside on the phone NOBODY, NO EMPLOYEE OR ANYONE, bothered to come outside and tell me that my appointment was going to be cancelled. Furious but with nothing else to do, I agreed to reschedule for the following Wednesday, July 12th. I told the dark haired woman AGAIN that I would be a few minutes late due to my work schedule, she agreed it would be fine. She told me clearly "I have put notes in the system that you will be the first person to be seen once you get here and that you will be arriving a little late". I arrived for my appointment on July 12th and was immediately told my appointment was cancelled because I arrived late. I was LIVID. The woman at the front counter, blonde with glasses, had absolutely no compassion and did nothing to try and get me back still. She flatly said to me "Yeah, sorry. We have a five minute late allowance and it's 5:07. I mean I guess I could go talk to the girls in the back but yeah you were late". I told the woman that this was extremely ridiculous since I was already cancelled the week before. She just continued to tell me that it didn't matter because I was late. I looked around the waiting room and there were SIX PEOPLE WAITING. I completely understand that I was late and that they cannot wait in hopes that I would show up, but regardless there were six other patients waiting to be seen. Chances are I would have had a long wait time anyway. I told the blonde woman that this was extremely unacceptable and she just shrugged her shoulders. NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON SUCH A HORRIBLE BUSINESS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would and I NEVER leave reviews. They overbook themselves and my husband and I always spend more than 2 hours here. The first time my husband came for a root canal and they numbed his mouth and the Dentist didn't return for more than an hour and a half when the novicaine was wearing off. He could feel the whole root canal and told us there was no way that he could feel it. They didn't fit him for his crown so now we will have to return for another unnecessary appointment because of their mistake. They spent 25 mins trying to sell additional services that I KNEW weren't covered by our insurance and the lady told us it would be covered. These guys will do and say anything to make a dollar!

  my experience was not the best. the secretary and the doctor let me leave the office with thick white paste all over my mouth and lips. my mouth was numb so i couldnt feel it was on there did not notice till i was home and they also did a partial for me that is just terrible. does not match at all so im gonna keep bugging them till they get it right. they held it hostage till it was paid for and once it was they gave it to me all wrong and pretty much shoved me out of the office...no good
