  The customer service is great. They are friendly and are good at what they do. I got the gel nails and were very happy with the results.

  Thank you Yoko, Emi, and Mari......last minute appointment....they took me in 45 minutes early....pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, comfy and inviting interior deco, and willing to try on different nail polish colors (Mari) to closely match my current color....as I left they all walked me to the door ...it started to drizzle they asked if I would be okay, as I walked .5 miles from my hotel to their salon....🌻😊...told them if it got worse I would turn around ....they smiled and said "ok...sure"...waved goodbye and left ....I found out that this is their only salon in Hawaii.... their website is about accurate with the prices...LuV My ExPeRiEnCe ....oh, Emi got nails😎....Yoko is an awesome manager ....You have to go and see them 🌺

  Love love love this place I'm thrilled to find another hidden local gem. the professional organized clean and oh so comfy atmosphere made my time there so relaxing. They are all pretty petite professional artist treating my fingers and toes with such tlc...Annie is my girl...the best foot/calf massage I've ever had. Beautiful free hand work....the prettiest adapted French manicure I couldn't have asked for more they are so accommodating . Top notch quality Kokoist products. after two years this ex. NYer is feeling at home.

  This is definitely the place if you want high quality Gel Nail Art Designs. Owner Koko created her own brand of Kokoist nail gel with many shiny long lasting colors as well as glitter and rhinestones. Her staff free hand paint hundreds of pretty designs. I've been going there for many years and my nail designs always receive lots of compliments and they last for a month. I've tried other places in town but none have Kokoist gel which is very strong and shiny. She has a special exclusive gel studded with opals that is gorgeous. They offer kama'aina discount. I highly recommend this place.
