::I love my nails. Nail Cops does an excellent job. I have had my nails done several times by them. My favorite so far is the glow in the dark acrylic.

::I went there for menicure as well as pedicure! Pedicure was okay but the manicure was worst, she didnt do anything at all my nail looked even worst, she just cut my nail, the gel nailpolish came off in 2 days! Horrible place

::If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in yesterday and spent over an hour there getting a dip manicure for $50. Went home and realized my nails glow in the dark. I picked the only nude color they had in dip (not an intentional glow in the dark color). I went in just now for another hour to get get them removed and they told me I would not be able to get my money back but could come in AGAIN for a THIRD time to get them done. They have 1 nude dip polish color so no I would not like to come back and get the glow in the dark color again. While getting them removed one of the women simply handed me the phone to speak with the owner Tom, who stated that it’s not in their policy to provide refunds for a service. This said policy that is not posted anywhere in the salon or formalized in any way. “Products you can return if not happy, services you cannot”. I sell services for a living and if someone isn’t happy I can issue a refund so actually yes you can. Not only was I not happy with the service I received but how my entire situation was handled by the owner.

::I’m a Flight Attendant, quick visit to MSP and needed a “full in” and gel polish. The salon was busy. I waited 15 minutes, then enjoyed professional and friendly service. Kim did an exceptionally good job....I’ve been having my fake nails done routinely for 10 years. I definitely recommend them!

::Best nail place I've ever been to and I've tried all over the metro. The staff are very friendly and try hard to make you happy. Their selection is larger than most and they even have color changing gel! I love the staff and won't be going anywhere else.
