  Great bagels and coffee! Friendly staff! Cool atmosphere. They also have a lot of room to sit and enjoy your meal.

  When this place opened I was excited to see it. The bagels are decent, and the sandwiches are pretty good. Unfortunately, this location is plagued by terrible counter service. Slow and inaccurate, I've had them get orders wrong two of the four times I went there, and in another case, they only gave me 5 bagels in a half dozen! Hope they can up their counter game.

  Bagels are not made on premises, so it’s possible that they will run out of bagels. Since the bagels aren’t fresh, but they are overpriced. This is the wrong place to stop if you’re in a hurry.

  I tried their new location a week or two after it opened and was very underwhelmed. The bagels we got to eat at home were definitely a day or two from fresh, though they had a nice flavor and were decently chewy when toasted. We got a quart of cream cheese to go as well and it was basically inedible--texture was way off like it had been frozen or something, and we had to throw it out. Hopefully they'll fix these issues, I had high hopes for this spot.
