::This place has to be the WORST Tuxedo center on Long Island! We were forced to do business with Gino's after Tuxedo park closed it's doors in November, taking deposits and leaving my now husband and all the groomsmen with no other option. Tuxedo park gave our business to Gino's and claimed that our deposits would be honored there. To this day, I have no idea why! The owner Joyce is unprofessional dishonest and has ZERO customer service skills! Something as wonderful and special as your wedding day should only be put in the hands of professionals who care and who are interested in making your day special and stress free. Joyce was rude to my husband when he needed to have one of the groomsmen come in a day early to pick up his tuxedo because of his work schedule. She made something so simple very difficult, claiming that the groomsmen are supposed to pick up on another day. Then Joyce and her staff rushed my husband and the groomsmen out of the store the day they were picking up the tuxedos for our wedding because she didn't want to be there 15 minutes past her closing time! When a tuxedo doesn't fit right for your wedding, It's their job to make sure that everyone feels good about the fit, PERIOD! Not rush you out of the store because they want to go home. all of this unnecessary stress could have been avoided if Joyce was a better owner/manager! The staff is OK, but are uneducated about their products. PLEASE don't waste your time at this place!! You are better off buying your own tuxedo, than dealing with a people who could care less about what you need!
