  My experience at MyOrthodontist Cary was very disappointing. I am an adult who had braces many years ago and was seeking care for retainer issues. At my consultation, I was given two treatment options with prices. When I decided on the cheaper option (simply removing and replacing my retainer), I was refused help and told I needed to sign a formal contract stating I would eventually opt for the second, more expensive plan as well. MyOrthodontist not only went back on their original word/offer, but I waited over a week for clarification on this issue and simply never received any callback. Overall, very unprofessional. I have taken my business elsewhere.

  Your Team were all so Friendly and made this experience so pleasant. You guys definitely have an Amazing Team especially Amanda, Dr. A, and one of the assistants but unfortunately I can’t her name.

  It's as painless an experience as braces can be. I love the monthly drawing activities and I look forward to the new Mickey Mouse cartoons in the waiting room while my son is getting things adjusted back there. I've found as a 40+ year old I unironically enjoy Bluey. It's the accents probably.

  I have been a patient of The Happy Tooth/My Orthodontist and I truly give this office 5 stars! Dr. A, is so intellectual, warm, and truly listens to the needs of her patients. I did not feel rushed when speaking and she made me feel more confident in myself. Her personality is truly amazing and we need more orthodontists like her. Such an amazing doctor!! Additionally, Amanda was very knowledgeable during my most recent visit and worked with me to best figure out how to fix my broken retainers. Both of these ladies are wonderful.
