  Delayed arrival by almost a week after their latest estimate (so far). They also have constantly been changing their estimate for when my order would be in, and different staff members said conflicting things.

  This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with retail in general, much less purchasing glasses. The have incorrectly filled my prescription three times. Three. They're supposed to be a higher end eyeglass retailer but I have actually suffered pain and exhaustion in my right eye as a result of their mistakes. And to rush a corrected prescription takes ten days. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else.

  The staff was very friendly and efficient and the doctor was helpful and explained everything well. The reason for 3 stars target than 5 is that I specifically called ahead of time to inquire about the price of the exam because I don't have vision insurance. I was told in detail that the regular exam was $99 for self-pay patients, and that the contact fitting was $95. However for self-pay patients who had a basic contact prescription, they offered a discount making the total for both $139. When I finished the exam and was preparing to pay, I was informed that actually that discount was only fit one specific kind of lenses. I said they ought to explain that over the phone and the staff member gave me a 15% discount off the contact fitting. Everything else was great but I really don't like being surprised by "fine print" as it were.

  Not a cheap glasses store, but they have a really great selection of quality glasses. This is what a glasses store should be. If you care about having nice glasses, this is your store.
