  Very unprofessional. Owner talks about other customers to customers in her chair so everyone can overhear her. Makes you feel uncomfortable. Waaaaay too much Frank Sinatra. Didn't even stay to have my haircut as I was turned off. I walked out which went unnoticed as the conversation was so heavy between the owner and her client. As they say first impressions are the ones that stick. Hair salons are a dime a dozen which is even more of a reason to be curtious and professional.
